GP Silicone Sealant, Supex 200, is an one part acetoxy cure GP Silicone sealant. It is suitable for general purpose sealing and bonding applications. This product will adhere to clean metal, glass, many types of wood, silicone resins, vulcanized silicone rubber, ceramics and plastic surfaces. Ease of use, one-part sealant, no mixing required. Good weatherability – virtually unaffected by sunlight, rain, ozone, and temperature extremes. Uses of Silicone Sealant Supex 200 GP+
Supex 200 silicone Glass Sealant is ideally suited for sealing, glass, windows, shopfront, aluminium joints, showcases, bus body building and automobiles.

Surfaces:
Type: all usual surfaces, except PVC, PE, PP, PTFE and bituminous surfaces
State of Surface: clean, dry, free of dust and grease
Preparation: apply Primer for applications on porous surfaces – no primer required for non porous surfaces.
We recommend a preliminary compatibility test.
LIMITATIONS:
- Not to be used in aquariums.
- Do not use for structural glazing.
- Not recommended for use in below ground joints or where abrasion and physical abuse are encountered.
- Do not apply to surfaces that require painting or to masonry substrates such as concrete, marble, limestone, and brick.

be clean, dry, and sound. Use masking tape where bead lines of exact shapes are required. Masking tape should be removed immediately after a bead is completed before a skin begins to form. Apply sealant to dry, clean surfaces. An air-operated or hand operated cartridge gun may be used. Do not break cartridge seal until just before use. Surfaces should be dried before the sealant is applied. Uncured sealant can be cleaned from tools using commercial solvent. Tool joint, if required, and remove masking tape. Tool immediately after sealant is applied and before a skin begins to form. Do not use soap or oil as a tool aid. Remove masking tape immediately after tooling is completed.
Colour: clear, white, black, grey or any colour of your choice ( made to order) .
12 months from date of manufacturing in unopened packaging stored in a cool and dry place at recommended temperatures between +5°C and +25° C.
