Mccoy Soudal GP Plus Silicone Sealant is a one part acetoxy cure adhesive sealant . It is suitable for general construction sealing and bonding applications. This product will fix on to clean metal, glass, many types of wood, silicone resins, vulcanized silicone rubber, ceramics as well as plastic surfaces. It is an easy to use, one-part sealant which in addition doesn’t require mixing. Good weatherability – virtually unaffected by sunlight, rain, ozone, as well as extreme temperature. Moreover, long life safety, cured sealant that stays rubbery from –50°C to 150°C without tearing, cracking, drying out or becoming brittle. It has wide temperature gunnability making it suitable to apply in all seasons.

Mccoy Soudal GP silicone sealant is generally suited for sealing, glass, windows, shopfront, aluminium joints, showcases, bus body building as well as automobiles. Building- as well as construction joints. Glazing and connection joints, elastic joints in cold store and containers, Sealing air condition systems, Lastly, general sealing for automotive applications.
LIMITATIONS:
It isn’t suitable for aquariums and structural glazing.Neither used below ground joints nor where there is abrasion and physical abuse. Also, not used in Surfaces that require painting or to masonry substrates such as concrete, marble, limestone, and brick.

Shelf life and storage:

All usual surfaces except PVC, PE, PP, PTFE and bituminous surfaces.
State of Surface: As a rule, clean, dry, free of dust and grease
Preparation: apply Primer for applications on porous surfaces – no primer required for non porous surfaces.
